Closing date for director nominations
Cygnus Metals Limited (ASX:CY5) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual
General Meeting of the Company ( “Meeting”) will be h eld in West Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday,
14 May 2025 . Further details in respect of the Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be
dispatched to shareholders prior to the Meeting.
An item of business at the Meeting will be the election and re- election of certain directors. In accordance with
rule 6.1(p)(i) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons
wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 20 March 2025.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on
Thursday, 20 March 2025.
