and Special Meeting
Vancouver, British Columbia, April 19, 2023 – Flying Nickel Mining Corp. (“Flying Nickel”
or the “Company”) (TSX-V:FLYN, OTCQB:FLYNF) is pleased to announce the voting results
at the Company’s 2023 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 18,
2023 (the “Meeting”). All proposed resolutions were passed.
