Flying Nickel Announces Private Placement Raising Up to

$450,000

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 25, 2023 – Flying Nickel Mining Corp. (“Flying

Nickel” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:FLYN, OTCQB:FLYNF) is pleased to announce that it

proposes to undertake a non -brokered private placement offering ( the “Offering”) of up to

5,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.09 per share raising gross proceeds

of up to $450,000.

Finder’s fees in the amount of 7%, payable in shares, will be paid in connection with a portion of

the Offering.

Proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes.

The private placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
