CENTURION SHARES APPROVED TO RESUME TRADING
Vancouver, B.C., May 04, 2018 -- Centurion Minerals Ltd. (CTN: TSX -V) ("Centurion", or the
"Company") announces that its financial disclosure is now current with the filing of its audited
financial statements completed March 1, 2018 as well as its first quarter financials filed March
13, 2018.
The Company applied for and the BC Securities Commission has approved a revocation of its
Cease Trade Order. The TSX Venture Exchange has also approved the reinstatement to trading
and the Company has been advised by the Exchange that its shares will recommence trading on
Tuesday May 08, 2018.
