Centurion Closes Private Placement

CENTURION CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, B.C., June 30, 2025. Centurion Minerals Ltd. (CTN: TSX-V) (“Centurion”, or the “Company”)
announces that further to its news release of May 30, it will not be proceeding to close a second tranche
of its non-brokered private placement. As previously announced, it has closed on and issued 12,300,000
Units priced at $0.01 for total gross proceeds of $123,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share
and one-half common share purchase warrant with each Warrant exercisable into a common share for a
period of 24 months at an exercise price of $0.05.
