Centurion Announces $175,000 Private Placement

CENTURION ANNOUNCES $175,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, B.C., March 31, 2017. Centurion Minerals Ltd. (CTN: TSX-V) (“Centurion”, or the
“Company”) announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for up to $ 175,000
priced at $.07/Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one 2 -year common share
purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.12 for the first
year and at $0.15 for the second year following the closing. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture
Exchange approval and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
Proceeds from this financing shall be used by the Company as working capital for general
corporate purposes.
