Clarification of Disclosure
May 10th 2019 - Vancouver, Canada - Canamex Gold Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: CSQ) announces
that, as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing the
following news release for the purposes of clarifying certain statements made in its news release dated
April 26th 2019 (“former news release”) regarding a delay in filing its annual financial statements.
The Company acknowledges that the former news release may have incorrectly characterized the reasons
for the Company not filing its financial statements, by the due date. The Company understands that
compliance with securities law requirements is ultimately the responsibility of the Company.
The failure on the part of the former auditor, Manning Elliot LLP, to provide the letter in the time frame, as
requested by the company, did not constitute non-compliance of the former auditor with securities laws, as
securities law requirements relate to the Company itself, and not to the auditors.
