Capstone Receives Approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia
for Business Combination with Mantos Copper
Vancouver, British Columbia – Capstone Mining Corp. (“Capstone” or the “Company” ) (TSX:CS) is pleased to
announce that on March 2, 2022, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved Capstone and Mantos Copper
Bermuda Limited (“Mantos”) to proceed with their previously announced business combination by way of a plan of
arrangement (the “Transaction”).
The Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in
March or April 2022.

agreement to combine pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corp orations Act (British Columbia)
