Madison Metals Announces Frankfurt Stock Exchange Listing

TORONTO, ON – December 15, 2023 – Madison Metals Inc. (“Madison” or the “Company”)

(CSE: GREN) (OTCQB: MMTLF) (FSE: 4EF0) is pleased to announce the listing of the Company's

common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FSE") under the trading symbol "4EF0". The

Company's shares are also cross-listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE: GREN) and

on the OTC Markets in the United States (OTCQB: MMTLF).

The FSE is one of the world's largest international trading centers for securities. Operated by

the Deutsche Boerse AG, the FSE is the largest of Germany's seven stock exchanges, and is

responsible for approximately 90 percent of all securities traded in Germany. The FSE
