CRITICAL ELEMENTS LITHIUM CORPORATION ENGAGES ICP SECURITIES INC. FOR
AUTOMATED MARKET MAKING SERVICES
October 30th, 2024 - MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC – Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (TSX -V: CRE) (US
OTCQX: CRECF) (FSE: F12) ( "Critical Elements" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it
has engaged the services of ICP Securities Inc. (“ICP”) to provide automated market making services,
including use of its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium™, in compliance with the policies and guidelines of
the TSXV and other applicable legislation. ICP will be paid a monthly fee of $7,500, plus applicable taxes.
The agreement between the Corporation and ICP was signed with a start date of October 29, 2024, and is
for four (4) months (the “Initial Term”) and shall be automatically renewed for subsequent one (1) month
terms (each month called an “Additional Term”) unless either party provides at least thirty (30) days written
notice prior to the end of the Initial Term or an Additional Term, as applicable. There are no performance
factors contained in the agreement and no stock options or other compensation in connection with the
engagement. ICP and its clients may acquire an interest in the securities of the Company in the future.
ICP is an arm’s length party to the Co rporation. ICP’s market making activity will be primarily to correct
temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of the Co rporation’s shares. ICP will be responsible for
the costs it incurs in buying and selling the Corporation’s shares, and no third party will be providing funds
or securities for the market making activities.

purity Rose Lithium-Tantalum project in Québec, the Corporation’s first lithium project to be advanced within
a land portfolio of over 1,050 km 2. On August 29, 2023, the Corporation announced results of a new
Feasibility Study on Rose for the production of spodumene concentrate. The after-tax internal rate of return
for the Project is estimated at 65.7%, with an estimated after -tax net present value of US$2.2B at an 8%
discount rate. In the Corporation’s view, Québec is strategically well-positioned for US and EU markets and
boasts good infrastructure including a low-cost, low-carbon power grid featuring 94% hydroelectricity. The
project has received approval from the Federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change on the
recommendation of the Joint Assessment Committee, comprised of represen tatives from the Impact
Assessment Agency of Canada and the Cree Nation Government, received the Certificate of Authorization
pursuant to section 164 of Québec’s Environment Quality Act from the Québec Minister of the Environment,
the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks, and the project mining lease from the Québec
Minister of Natural Resources and Forests under the Québec Mining Act.
