TORONTO, ONTARIO, April 8, 2010 - With respect to the press release issued by Cogitore Resources Inc. earlier today at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, there was a typographical error in the release with respect to the closing common share price that would accelerate the purchase warrant expiry date. The price should be $0.55 instead of $0.45.
