INTERRA COPPER CORP. ANNOUNCES ALTO VERDE SHAREHOLDER VOTE RESULTS
IN FAVOUR OF BUSINESS COMBINATION
March 27, 2023, VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Interra Copper Corp. (CSE: IMCX, OTCQB:
IMIMF, FRA: 3MX) (“Interra” or the “Company”) is pleased to report positive voting results at the
meeting of shareholders of Alto Verde Copper Inc. (“AVC”). In total, 17,607,681 AVC shares were
voted overwhelmingly in favour of the business combination with Interra Copper, representing
72.7% of AVC shares, and nil opposing the transaction. With these results in hand, the Company
now expects to complete the business combination transaction with AVC by March 31, 2023. The
Company’s previously issued subscription receipts will also convert into the under lying common
shares and warrants on closing of the AVC transaction and the escrowed proceeds will release
to the Company.
