Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 4, 2026) - Conquest Resources Limited (TSXV: CQR) ("Conquest" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Transaction was unanimously approved by shareholders at the Company's special meeting held today with 35,788,584 votes in favour, representing 23.1% of the votes cast on the resolution to dispose the Company's 100% interest in the Belfast-Teck Mag property package, including the historic Golden Rose Mine, to Inventus Mining Corp.
