NUBIAN RESOURCES GRANTS OPTIONS

JULY 28, 2017 – Nubian Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: NBR) announces that the

Company has granted, pursuant to its stock option plan, to directors, management and consultants of the

Company an aggregate of 750,000 stock options. Each such stock option entitles the holder to purchase

one common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 until July 27, 2020.
