Early Warning Press Release

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 21, 2025 – Pickle Chips PTE Ltd. (“Pickle Chips”) issues this

press release as required by National Instrument 62- 103 – The Early Warning System and Related Take-

with respect to the acquisition of securities of CopAur Minerals Inc. (the “Company”).

On November 19, 2025, Pick le Chips acquired ownership of 15,000,000 units of the Company (each, a

“Unit”) at a price per Unit of $0.10 for total consideration of $1,500,000.00 in connection with the Company’s

previously announced private placement which closed on November 19, 2025 (the “ Acquisition”).

Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) and one-half of

one Common Share purchase warrant (each, whole warrant a “Warrant”).

Prior to the Acquisition, Pickle Chips did not own any securities of the Company . Subsequent to the

Acquisition, Pickle Chips owns, directly and indirectly, 15,000,000 Common Shares and 7,500,000

Warrants representing 12.45% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares on an undiluted basis

and 17.58% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares on a partially-diluted basis.

The acquisition of the Units by Pickle Chips was conducted for investment purposes. Pick le Chips may, in

the future, purchase, hold, vote, trade, dispose of or otherwise deal in securities of the Company in such

manner it deems advisable.
