NIV Property Assays 61.2 g/t Au and, 2220 g/t Ag, and 6.21 % Cu in Rock Samples

Vancouver, BC Canada, February 19, 2013 - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX- V: ISS) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce an update on the NIV and Omega Properties. These two projects are located in the Omineca mining division in the southern Toodoggone and Johanson Lake region. Both the NIV gold project and the Omega porphyry copper-gold project have had recently completed airborne magnetometer surveys and ground work.

The recent NIV exploration program included prospecting and an airborne survey. The 2011 NIV property ground prospecting program consisted of 69 grab samples. Seven samples ranging from 1.01 % to 6.21% copper. Sample 32965 assayed 2220 g/t silver, 5.74 g/t gold, and 6.21 % copper, and sample 32581 assayed 61.2 g/t gold. 2011 airborne magnetometer survey over top of the NIV claim group identified large structures that are coincident with historical soil geochemistry copper-gold anomalies. Historic grab sample (DD1-20) returned 7.03 g/t gold, 2,853 g/t silver and 8.31 % copper (GSC memoir 251) from within this soil geochemistry anomaly.

On the Omega porphyry copper-gold property a historical IP survey identified an open-ended resistivity and chargeability anomaly with a coincident copper geochemical anomaly. This resistivity anomaly was the subject of two drill holes in 1982 which intersected 0.24 % copper over 46 metres. The Omega property is at the drill ready stage. To that effect the company has applied for and has been granted a drill permit.

Conrad Swanson, President of International Samuel Exploration stated, “I am pleased with the early progress on the NIV Property; the sampling results are very encouraging. The Omega property is drill ready and 2012 IP ground geophysics indicates the1982 drilling just missed the core of the IP anomaly, we intend to test the core of the anomaly. The company is looking forward to an aggressive 2013 exploration season.”
