International Samuel Extends Final Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement

February 21, 2012: International Samuel Exploration Corp. (the “Company”) wishes to announce it has extended the closing of the final tranche of the $1,000,000 non brokered private placement announced on December 9, 2011. Closing is expected to be completed by the end of March.
