INTERNATIONAL SAMUEL EXPLORATION CORP. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

TO COPAUR MINERALS INC. AND NEW SYMBOL “CPAU”

August 25, 2020: Vancouver, British Columbia: International Samuel Exploration Corp. (the

“Company”) (ISS:TSXV) is pleased to announce it will be changing its name to CopAur Minerals

Inc. effective Thursday, August 27, 2020 to better reflect our copper-gold Williams property in

the Toodoggone trench of north central BC and on trend with the Kemess north mine and the

renewed discovery of the Lawyers mine by Benchmark.

In connection with the name change, the Company’s common shares will commence trading under

the new name on the TSX Venture Exchange with the new stock symbol “ CPAU” at the opening

of trading on Thursday, August 27, 2020.

There is no change in the share capital of the Company and shareholders are not required to

exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates. The Company’s new CUSIP number

is 217205103 and its new ISIN number is CA2172051039.
