PRIVATE PLACEMENT

September 29, 2017: Vancouver, B .C., Canada- International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX -V:

ISS) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement

(see August 22, 2017 news release) and has issued 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for aggregate

gross proceeds of $ 200,000. All securities issued pursuant to the closing are subject to a hold period of

four months and one day from their date of issuance in accordance with applicable Canadian securities

laws.
