NON BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
October 16, 2018: Vancouver, BC - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (the
“Company”) (TSXV: ISS) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced
private placement and has issued 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for aggregate gross
proceeds $60,000.
All securities issued pursuant to the closing are subject to a hold period of four months and one
day from their date of issuance in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
Stock Options
The Company announces that it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers,
employees, and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares of the
Company at an exercise price of $0 .07 per share for a term of five years f rom the date of the
grant. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with the Company’s Stock
Option Plan.
