INTERNATIONAL SAMUEL ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGE

January 4, 2018: Vancouver, BC Canada - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX -V: ISS)

(the “Company”) announces that Michael Arthurs has tendered his resignation as a director of the

Company effective immediately, due to personal reasons, but will serve on the Company’s advisory board

and work as a consultant for the Company.

The Company expresses its sincere appreciation to Mr. Arthurs’ valued contributions to the Company's

Board of Directors.
