CONSOLIDATION OF SHARES:

Anglo Canadian Mining Corp (URA.TSX.V). wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has approved, by resolution, a consolidation of it’s shares on a ten old for one new (10 -1) common shares of the Company

The Board of Directors have made this decision in order to provide a greater opportunity for the Company to raise necessary capital going forward.

The consolidation is subject to acceptance and approval of the TSX. Upon completion of the consolidation , the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company will be approximately five point eight nine (5.89) million
