ANGLO-CANADIAN APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
July 12, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Anglo-Canadian Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV:
URA) is pleased to announce that effective immediately Michael Kinley has been appointed as a director and
Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Kinley received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from
Mount Allison University in 1971 and his Chartered Accountant designation in Ontario in 1973. He earned
his designation with KPMG, where he spent 20 years (1971-1991), the last 10 as a partner. During the past
25 years Mr. Kinley has served as an officer and director for a number of resource companies listed on the
TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, including Cardero Resources, Wealth Minerals, Indico Resources,
International Tower Hill Mines, Dorato Resources, Trevali Resources and Nexus Gold.
Mr. Kinley fills the vacancy created by Jim Turner, who has resigned from both positions to pursue other
ventures. The board of directors thanks Mr. Turner for his service to the Company over the years.
