ARCTIC FOX ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT TRANSACTION
News Release
Vancouver, British Columbia – September 8, 2022 – Arctic Fox Minerals Corp. (CSE: FOXY) (the “Company” or
“Arctic”) announces that its board of directors has approved the settlement of an aggregate principal amount of
$236,500 in debt for services rendered through the issuance of common shares of the Company (the "Debt
Settlement"). Pursuant to the Debt Settlement, the Company issued an aggregate of 4,730,000 common shares of
the Company (the "Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Share to certain creditors of the Company.
All securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold perio d which will expire on the date that is four months and
one day from the date of issuance.

Arctic Fox is a resource exploration company specialized in precious metals exploration in the Northwest Territories.
Arctic Fox is currently advancing the Uptown Gold Project property four (4) km outside of Yellowknife adjacent to
the Giant Mine.
