CENTURY GLOBAL ANNOUNCES TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF LISTING OF

CENTURY METALS

Toronto, Canada, March 5, 201 9 – Century Global Commodities Corporation (“Century” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received the TSX Venture Exchange’s conditional approval

to the listing of the common shares of its subsidiary, Century Metals Inc. (“Century Metals”), as disclosed

in the Company’s news release dated November 5, 2018.

As the next major regulatory process, Century Metal’s prospectus is currently being reviewed by the

Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC”). Clearance of the prospectus by the OSC is necessary for the

final listing of Century Metals on the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as satisfaction of other customary

listing conditions. The Company will provide further information on the listing transaction upon receipt

of acceptance of the final prospectus from the OSC.

the right opportunity presents itself, our strong balance sheet will allow us to acquire cost effective assets.

Quality food products sourced from advanced countries are in great demand from the quickly -growing

middle class in China. The emphasi s is on the need for safe, high -quality food products. Century has

established a professional marketing team and built a distribution system to serve Hong Kong and

eventually throughout China.
