CMP Mining Inc. Announces New Loan and Loan Renewal
CMP MINING INC. ANNOUNCES NEW LOAN AND LOAN RENEWAL
Vancouver, B.C. – June 24, 2025 – CMP MINING INC. (“CMP” or the “Company”) (CSE: CMP) announced
that its Board of Directors has approved the renewal of existing arm's -length loan agreements and a new arm's-
length loan of CAD $24,000, increasing total loans to CAD $64,000.
The renewed loans will continue to accrue interest at a rate of 9% per annum, compounded annually, with repayment
terms aligned to the Company’s current operational needs.
