New Dimension Appoints John Wenger to the Board of Directors
New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NDR) (the “Company” or “New Dimension”) announces
that it has appointed Mr. John Wenger to its Board of Directors.
Since April 2011, Mr. Wenger has been the Chief Financial Offic er and Corporate Secretary at Pilot Gold
Inc. where he was part of a management team that has raised ove r $100 million, and successfully
completed multiple property transaction deals and acquisitions.
Fred Hewett, President & CEO of New Dimension stated, “ We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Wenger
to our Board. John’s corporate successes in financing, project trans actions & mergers and acquisitions,
will be instrumental as we work to make a majo r district scale discovery at our Savant Lake Gold
Project”.
Acknowledging his appointment , John Wenger stated, “ I am excited to take on this new role, and look
forward to working closely with the team at New Dimension to realize the Company’s full potential.”
Prior to Pilot Gold Inc., Mr. Wenger worked for Ernst & Young L LP Chartered Accountants from 2001
to 2011, where he acquired consid erable experience in financial reporting for both Canadian and U.S.
publicly listed companies, primarily in the mining industry. Mr . Wenger has been a Chartered
Professional Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since 2006.
In accordance with the Company’s stock option plan, Mr. Wenger has been granted 150,000 incentive
stock options at $0.135 for a period of 5 years from the date of grant and expire on March 27th, 2022.
