New Dimension Announces Filing of NI 43‐101 Report 

On Las Calandrias Project 

April 10th, 2018 – Vancouver, BC ‐ New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ND R) (the “Company” or “New 

Dimension”) is pleased to announc e that it has filed a technica l report (the “Technical Report”) prepared 

in accordance with National Instrument  43‐101 ‐ Standards  of  Disclosure  for  Mineral Projects. 

The  Technical  Report  entitled  “Updated  Technical  Report  for  Estimated  Gold  –  Silver  Resources  at  Las 

Calandrias Santa Cruz Province, Argentina” has an effective dat e of February 20, 2018 and supports the 

disclosure made by the Company in its February 20, 2018 press r elease (the “Press Release”) announcing 

a  mineral  resource  estimate  for  the  Las  Calandrias  project.  Ther e  a r e  n o  m a t e r i a l  d i f f e r e n c e s  i n  t h e  

Technical Report from the information disclosed in the Press Release. 

The Technical Report is available for review under the Company’s profile on SEDAR (www.SEDAR.com). 

Additionally,  in  connection  with  the  Company’s  annual  general  meeting  held  on  March  29,  2018,  the 

Company is pleased to announce that the shareholders have elect ed Eric Roth and Glen Parsons as new 

directors  of  the  Company.  The  Company’s  board  of  directors  now  consists  of  Fred  Hewett,  Thomas 

Burkhart, Scott Heffernan, John Wenger, Eric Roth and Glen Parsons.
