Canasil Resources Inc. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
Vancouver, September 30 , 20 20 - Canasil Resources Inc. ( TSX-V: CLZ , DB Frankfurt: 3CC, “Canasil”)
announces the voting r esults from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 30 ,
2020, in Vancouver, B ritish Columbia . A total of 46,959,047 shares were represented at the meeting,
representing 40.09 per cent of the C ompany's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted
in favour of all matters brought before the meeting, including the number of Directors, appointment of
auditor for the ensuing year, confirmation o f the C ompany's Stock Option Plan , and the election of
management's nominees as Directors.
