Canasil to Resume Trading Thursday, September 25, 2025
Vancouver, Sept. 24, 2025 - Canasil Resources Inc. (“Canasil” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that
the following bulletin has been issued by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”):

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated December 6, 2023, the Exchange has been ad vised that
the Cease Trade Order iss ued by the British Columbia Securities Commission dated December 5, 2023, has
been revoked.
Effective at the opening, Thursday, September 25, 2025, trading will be reinstated in the securiti es of the
Company.
