Canoe Announces Changes to its Board of Directors and Management  

TORONTO, ONTARIO ‐‐ December 22, 2021 ‐‐ Canoe Mining Ventures Corp. (TSXV:CLV) ("Canoe" 

or the “ Company”) announces the resignations and retirements of co‐founder Dua ne Parnham 

a n d  D r .  R o g e r  L a i n e  f r o m  i t s  b o a r d  o f  d i r e c t o r s  ( t h e  “Board”).    Mr.  Parnham  has  retired  as 

D i r e c t o r ,  P r e s i d e n t  a n d  C E O  o f  C anoe  and  Dr.  Laine  has  retired as  an  independent  director, 

effective December 21, 2021.  Director and co‐founder Scott Kelly has been appointed to succeed 

Mr. Parnham as Chief Executive Officer.  

The Board thanks Mr. Parnham and Dr. Laine for their valuable contributions to Canoe and impact 

on the mining industry.
