European Electric Metals Inc. (“EVX” or the “Company”) reports that Mr. Chris Donaldson has resigned
as a Director of the Company.
The Company thanks Mr. Donaldson for his contributions to the board and wishes him success in future
endeavours.
After geophysical survey, data compilation, geological mapping and drilling at the Rehova Copper Project
and after extensive underground sampling and data compilation at the Skroska Nickel Cobalt Project, both in
Albania, the Company has decided not to proceed with either project (see EVX News Releases July 31, 2019
and August 23, 2019 for details).
EVX is looking for precious metals and base metals projects in a variety of jurisdictions.
