European Electric Metals Announces Dual Listing on the OTC Pink Market

European Electric Metals Inc. (“the Company”) is pleased to ann ounce that its common shares have

been approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for quoting on the OTC Pink

Market under the symbol EVXXF. European Electric Metals Inc. co mmon shares trade on the TSX

Venture Exchange, a qualified stock exchange, under the symbol EVX.

European Electric Metals Inc. ha s also obtained DTC eligibility f o r i t s c o m m o n s h a r e s w i t h t h e

Depository Trust Co. (DTC). The D TC manages the electronic clea ring and settlement of publicly

traded companies. This electroni c method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of shares and

cash, and thus generally accelerates the settlement process for investors
