Centerra Gold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Toronto, Canada, August 10, 2022: Centerra Gold Inc. (“Centerra” or the “Company”) (TSX:
CG) (NYSE: CGAU) will host its 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on September
22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) in a virtual only format.
Voting and participation instructions for eligible shareholders will be provided in the Company’s
Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular, which
will be mailed to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 19, 2022, the record
date for the 2022 Annual General Meeting, and made available on the Company’s website at
