Centerra Gold 2022 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results

Conference Call and Webcast

Toronto, Canada, February 9, 2023: Centerra Gold Inc. (“Centerra” or “the Company”) (TSX:

CG) (NYSE: CGAU) will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the 2022 fourth quarter

and year-end operating and financial results on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern
