Canuc Announces MoU for IoT Equipment Distribution with M3SH Technologies
Canuc Resources Corporation (“ Canuc” or the “ Company”) (TSX -V: CDA) is pleased to
announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (the “M oU”) with M3SH
Technologies (“M3SH”) Inc.
The M oU enables M3SH manufactured devices to adopt IIoT technology enabling Canuc to
distribute and sell purpose built technological solutions i n accordance with the Company’s
agreement with Ioticiti Networks Inc. Under the M oU, M3SH shall contribute technology
solutions enabling Canuc to facilitate applications with mining and extractive industry clients.
Canuc and M3SH are working towards a definitive agreement.
