CANTEX ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Kelowna, Canada – March 31, 2017 – Cantex Mine Development Corp. (CD: TSXV) (the
“Company”) announces that it has granted 5,540,000 options to certain directors and officers of the
Company. The options have an exercise price of $0. 07 and a term of six (6) years, expiring March 31,
2023.
