annual meeting held on May 10, 2022.
Shareholders elected board members Leontine Atkins, Ian Bruce, Daniel Camus, Donald
Deranger, Catherine Gignac, Tim Gitzel, Jim Gowans, Kathryn Jackson and Don Kayne.
