annual meeting held on April 30, 2020.
Shareholders elected board members Ian Bruce, Daniel Camus, Donald Deranger, Catherine
Gignac, Tim Gitzel, Jim Gowans, Kathryn Jackson, Don Kayne and Anne McLellan.
