Xander  Resources  Inc. Announces  Interim  Chief  Financial  Officer  

Xander Resources Inc. (TSX‐V: XND) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company 

appointed Mr. Bryce Clark as interim Chief Financial Officer effective February 15, 2019.   The 

appointment  of  Mr.  Clark  filled  the  vacancy  created  by  the  prior  resignation  of  Zahara  Kanji‐

Aquino  as  a  director,  Chief  Financial  Officer  and  Corporate  Secretary on  January 1,  2019.  The 

Company wishes to thank Ms. Kanji‐Aquino for her contribution to the Company the past eight 

years. 

Mr. Clark has been with the Company since December 2010, serving as a director. Mr. Clark has 

also previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
