Xander  Resources  Inc. Announces  Extension  of Expiry  Date of Stock  Options  

Xander  Resources  Inc.  (TSX‐V:  XND)  (the  “Company”)  announces  that  the  expiry  date  of 

525,000  stock  options  exercisable  at  $0.15  per  Share  have  been  extended  for  a  12  month 

period from September 22, 2019 to September 22, 2020 (the “Amendment”). The Amendment 

is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
