Xander Resources Announces Effective Date for Share Consolidation
Vancouver, British Columbia / February 6, 2024 – Xander Resources Inc. (“Xander” or the “Company”)
(TSXV: XND) (OTCQB: XNDRF) (FSX: 1XI) announces that, further to its news release of January 15, 2024 and
subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it will effect the consolidation (the “Consolidation”) of
its common shares (the “Shares”) on the basis of one (1) new Share for every ten (10) old Shares on or about Thursday,
February 8, 2024.
The Shares of the Company will begin trading on a consolidated basis at the opening of trading on or about Thursday,
February 8, 2024. The new ISIN of Xander is CA9838792062 and the CUSIP is 983879206.
Additionally, the Company wishes to clarify that it is not proceeding with a change of name at this time.
