Xander  Announces  Change  in Officers  

Xander  Resources  Inc.  (TSX‐V:  XND)  (the  “Company”)  wishes  to  announce  that  at  its  Annual 

General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on October 17, 2018, Bryce Clark resigned as 

the  Chief  Executive  Officer  of  the  Company.  Mr.  Clark  still  remains  as  a  director  of  the 

Company. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Clark for his contribution to the Company the past 

eight years. 

The  Company  is  pleased  to  announce  the  appointment  of  Dwayne  Yaretz,  a  director  of  the 

Company, as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. 

The  Company  also  appointed  Marsha  Panar  to  the  audit  committee  in  place  of  Zahara  Kanji‐

Aquino.  The audit committee now consists of Marsha Panar, Dwayne Yaretz and Bryce Clark.
