The Company has received a first draft of the TARON PROJECT RESOURCE REPORT as prepared by BMW

Resource Estimates

CASCADERO COPPER CORPORATION  (TSXV: CCD)

AUGUST 8th 2016

The  Company  has  received  a  first  draft  of  the  TARON  PROJECT  RESOURCE  REPORT  as  prepared  by  BMW Geoscience. The purpose of this report was to compile all the trench and drill hole data and to plot these data on one map. A total of 2,991 samples were assayed, consisting of 386 drill core samples from three of the seven drill holes  on  the  property  and  2,605  trench  samples.  This  resulted  in  a  coherent  geological  model  that  is  being interpreted by the Company with the additional geological information provided by Cascadero geologists. Taron is an epithermal deposit and has some typical and expected epithermal characteristics, such as lateral and vertical variations in mineralization with several stages, or phases of deposition.  No assay compositing, variography, or block modelling was performed in the report.

The  geological  model  will  enable  to  the  Company  to  recognize  these  patterns  more  clearly  and  to  establish  a program of trenching to test the continuity of the mineralised zones. The Report recommends a pattern drilling of 21 core holes for a total of 2,100 metres in the area of drill holes TAR‐09‐04, 05, and 06. The material for the UBC Hydrometallurgical Study was from the “B” zone of TAR‐09‐05 and consisted of drill core from 28 metres to 40 metres down hole. A composite of this zone was prepared by Bureau Veritas in Vancouver and the head grade assayed ~4,700 ppm cesium prior to acid leaching.

The  drill program targets and will test an area that could contain up to 20 million tonnes of mineralized material over 300 acres, which tests less than 1% of the surface area of the Taron showings. The proposed 2,100 metre drill program is also expected to enable the preparation of an inferred resource that will be NI 43‐101 compliant.

The BMW Report is not NI 43‐101 compliant. Its objective was to identify prospective areas of mineralized material for drilling and further surface work for additional metallurgy and comminution testing to enhance feed grade to the proposed chemical plant.

Due to weather conditions at this point in Argentina’s winter the drill program is scheduled for mid‐September 2016. During this period the Company will continue to source commodities and to study the logistics of supply and delivery of cesium products.

About Cesium

Cesium  (chemical  symbol  Cs)  is  a  rare  metal  best  known  for  its  extreme  chemical  reactivity  and  the  chemical compound  cesium  hydroxide  forms  the  start  point  of  myriad  end  uses.    Its  principal  use  is  as  cesium  formate (CsCHO2); a solution with a high density and low viscosity used to control formation pressures and temperatures in drilling of deep oil wells (HPHT).  As a dense medium, cesium formate is used to separate DNA and in metallurgical testing and is also well known for artificially produced radioactive isotopes used to treat various types of cancer.

Cesium  compounds  and  chemicals  are  used  in  photo‐emissive  devices,  experimental  magneto‐hydrodynamic electricity  generation,  atomic  clocks  for  telecommunications  and  GPS  navigation  systems,  catalysts  in  plastic manufacturing, specialty glasses, ion propulsion rocket motors, high‐density alkaline batteries, coatings for solar cells, and petroleum refining.
