The Cascadero board of directors has acc epted the immediate resignation of board

member, Dr. David Trueman, Ph.D due to on-going health issues. Dr. Trueman has

been a long-time friend to the Company and has been on t he Board for the past four

years.

The Company wishes to thank Dr. Truem an for all of his guidance, knowledge and

advice throughout the years and wishes him all the best.
