Interim Corporate Changes

The Cascadero board of directors has accept ed the resignation of its Vice-President of

Corporate Finance, Mr. Edmond Bugos. Mr. Bugos is resigning due to prior and ongoing

work commitments that make it difficult given the needed focus to the Company. Mr.

Bugos has been a long-time friend to the Company and has held his position in the

Company since November 2016. Mr. Bugos will continue to provide advice and he is

covering the Company’s progress on an informal basis.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Bugos fo r all of his guidanc e, knowledge and advice

and look forward to working with him in the future.
