Corporate Update
On November 16 th 2017 the Company transferred 100% of its 49% interest in the
Pine project in the Toodoggone district of north central British Columbia to Amarc
Resources Ltd.
The Company has received the Execution, the TSX Approval and the first tranche
payment for a total of $400,00 0 and 1,944,444 Shares of Amarc Resources Ltd. The
Shares have a hold period until March 1, 2018.
The Company intends to hold the shares for investment purposes. The Company is
not an insider of Amarc Resources Ltd.
