CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTONE RESIGNS AS CEO

North Vancouver, BC, CANADA, August 19, 2020 – CASCADERO COPPER CORPORATION

(the "Company") announced today that Christopher Ecclestone has tendered his resignation as

the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Ecclestone will continue

in his role as a non-executive director of the Company.

The Board of Directors will oversee day-to-day management of the Company until such time that

a new Chief Executive Officer is appointed.
