Cascadero Copper Corporation Announces Passing of William J.

McWilliam, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Director

North Vancouver, BC, March 18, 2020 – The Board of Directors of Cascadero Copper Corporation (the

“Company”) announces, with great sadness, the death of William J. McWilliam, acting Chief Executive

Officer and a Director of the Company.

Bill was the Company’s founder and its first Chief Executive Officer, and a long-time director. Bill’s vision,

hard work and optimism buoyed the Company as it sought opportunities in a challenging business

environment. The Board’s thoughts are with Bill’s family at this difficult time.

The Board has appointed Brian Causey, the Company’s acting Chief Financial Officer and a Director, as

acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Causey will continue to also serve the Company in such capacities.
