Chief Financial Officer

North Vancouver, BC, November 1, 2019 - The Company announces that Sharon Lewis has retired from

her position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company would like to thank Ms. Lewis

for her service to the Company and wishes her well in her retirement.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Brian Causey as the Company’s new Chief

Financial Officer, filling the vacancy created by Ms. Lewis’s retirement. Mr. Causey is a Chartered

Professional Accountant (and a Chartered Accountant), and former Partner of KPMG, Chartered

Accountants.
